VTE is the study of technologies
related skills, and knowledge relating to occupation in various sector of economic
and social life.

CHARACTERISTICS

vocationaleducation programme must strive to meet the requisite market demends
for labour.

Education
and training should be given on actual job not just on similated and pseudo
jobs.

The
training environment should replicate the working environment itself
·
Vocational
education curriculum contents should be generated by masters and successful practitioners
of the occupation

Vocational
and technical education should help the student to maximize their interest,
abilitiiies, aptitiudes and potentials.
